About the Position

As an Application Specialist with us, you will work in a consulting role primarily focused on interpreting, analyzing, and applying business requirements in our clients' various system setups to achieve the most effective system design possible. You will add business value by providing guidance and advice to our clients on how the system and its features can best be utilized to create added value. The role also includes:

• Project management of projects of varying sizes.
• Installation of hardware, configuration of new clients and new facilities, configuration of add-ons and third-party services.
• Active participation in the rollout of new versions and new features of the system.
• Introducing new features to the client, i.e., helping the client understand how and if new features are beneficial for them.
• Training in the system both externally and internally.
• Responsibility for own time and cost registration.

You need to be skilled at understanding complex systems and seeing how things connect and be able to see the bigger picture. Our system offers a variety of features and solutions, and it is your task as an Application Specialist to see how the system and the client's operations can work together in the best way. You will do this in a consulting role where you understand the value of your time and the value it creates for the client.

As a person, you are results-oriented and good at identifying and acting on unresolved problems that arise. You listen effectively and both understand and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. We place great importance on the right attitude and mindset, knowing that a driven person with a positive outlook tends to succeed well at BRP.

In addition, we wish that you have:

• A bachelor's degree in technology, IT, economics, or similar, including work experience.
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good knowledge of English and one of the Nordic languages, both spoken and written.
